Preparation
The surface must be clean and dry, free from grease, rust and dirt. Protect adjoining surfaces from overspray. FOR BEST RESULTS APPLY TO A WHITE SURFACE.
Before Spraying
Mix contents of the tin well using a flat stirring tool thinning ration of 2:1 (2 parts paint: 1 part acrylic thinners or acetone). Spray using a low pressure gravity fed spray gun with a nozzle no less than 1.7mm and the pressure at approx. 25 pounds/square inch.
Spray Application
To ensure surface compatibility, test spray on an inconspicuous area. Spray with smooth, even strokes parallel to the surface. This product is formulated to resist running and sagging. It should be applied in one or more light coats, as opposed to one heavy coat. We recommend 3-4 light coats. When dry, a clear coat of acrylic or 2-Pack paint may be applied.
Re-Coating
Anytime after 20-minutes.
Coverage
Up to 4.5 square metres depending on the surface and colour used.
Drying
Touch dry in less than 20-minutes under normal conditions.
